Membership

Pilates is a workout that strengthens, tones and changes the shape of your body. In a class you will use the entire body to build muscle memory and strength.

It’s an incredible sustainable workout that you can carry with you throughout your life as it challenges the body but in a good way.

We live by these words of Joseph Pilates. Pilates is not just for an occasion, an injury or a mood. It is for life.

We’ve seen how a daily practice of Pilates has an incredible effect on the body and mind, and it’s about making this achievable and attainable to everyone, no matter what age, ability or experience.

It is for everyone and every body. That’s why this membership has sessions to help you get the best out of life - whatever stage you’re in. From beginners, to baby bumps, advanced, to ailments, Pilates is here to help support your body in life.

The membership gives you access to an on demand library with 100's of videos. These videos can be filtered by time, body part and how you want to feel at the end of a class. Each Monday a new session is added and as part of the membership, a live class is hosted monthly.

Joseph Pilates said that “in 10 sessions you'll feel the difference” so we give you 10 days to see the difference for yourself.

The free trial gives you unlimited access to both library and programmes, so you can get motivated and moving!

If you’re not hooked after 10 days, just remember to cancel the membership (as it will automatically renew).

Yes. Each month there is one live class exclusively for members. These are great ways to connect with the membership community, exercise together and ask questions. If you need a bit more attention, you’re welcome to join my weekly Zoom or 1:1 sessions, just go to the classes page to find out more.

Yes. Once you’ve become a member you'll able to login and get moving right away. Just remember that membership automatically renews each month, so if you want to cancel be sure to do this via the members area. If you need to cancel, just head to 'account', where you will find three tabs: 'profile, security & billing'. Click ’security’ and scroll down until you see the red copy 'deletion of profile'.

Lifebody gives you access to a library of 100's online Pilates workouts, with a new workout added every Monday.

Looking for something specific? Please let us know. We’re a member-first community and love hearing requests from members.

We believe that Pilates should be part of your everyday life, but know that time isn’t always on our side. This membership helps you find time. And is why you can filter workouts based on 20, 30 and 45 minutes sessions.

Zoom Classes

If you have never taken a class with me before, I would suggest the beginner session. Equally, every instructor is different and over Zoom it is better to ease yourself in gently. If you have any questions or would like my advice then feel free to drop me an email hello@lifebody.io.

If you think you will be joining the classes regularly I would suggest buying in order: a magic circle, Pilates ball, resistance band and some 0.5kg or 1kg weights. I have a few recommendations I can send you so please email me for these hello@lifebody.io.

1:1 Classes

Absolutely, and what a great idea. All 1:1 sessions, both in person and via Zoom can be booked through me directly hello@lifebody.io.

Programmes

These programmes are designed to do just that. A daily 15/20 minute session that focuses on a specific area of your body that needs direct attention and assistance.

Whereas the membership is a library of sessions for you to choose from, depending on how you are feeling that day.

Although we are about building bodies for life, we also appreciate you might need the occasional assistance to focus on a certain body area. This is why there is the option to rent a programme for a month.

Life is busy and we know when you need to focus on yourself, it’s often dropped to the bottom of the pile.

Putting a time limit on the Programmes encourages you to get moving and become stronger right away. Ultimately we want you feeling better and believe this is the best way to do it.

We do offer pre and postnatal classes, but as every person’s pregnancy is different, we also suggest you watch our pre or post-natal intro videos before starting your session.

These go through modifications and tips on how to alter other classes on the membership if you wanted to try these.
