Group Classes

If you prefer guidance and group motivation, join the live classes via Zoom. These are perfect for those looking for some correction, direction or encouragement.

Classes are suitable for all levels but check if you’re unsure.

Private Classes

If you need a session tailored just for you, book a private class. These are perfect if you have injuries, ailments or upcoming athletic achievements in mind.

Privates are held either at the Lifebody Studio (Barnes, London) or virtually via Zoom.

Corporate Classes

If you’re a senior leader or run a business, organise a workshop or class for your team. These sessions are targeted to offset the bad posture, neck strain and muscle wastage from corporate lifestyles. Adding Pilates to the week will improve the posture, energy, concentration and overall well being of your team.
